Most would describe me as a mother, wife, and small business owner. I love health and fitness, and sharing that love with other like-minded women.

I have been the stressed out, career driven mama who tried to "do it all", and I failed.  So, I started to focus on simplicity and consistency to keep my health top priority.  It all started with making the decision to do something different.
