Movement and lymphatic support. Your lymphatic system collects cellular waste and transports it to elimination organs, but unlike your circulatory system, it doesn't have a pump. This is where gentle exercise, breathwork, and practices like dry brushing or rebounding become valuable tools.

Sleep is your brain's detox time. During deep sleep, your brain's glymphatic system flushes out metabolic waste products, including proteins associated with neurodegenerative diseases. When you're not prioritizing quality sleep (and I know how hard that is when you're high-achieving and feeling like there aren't enough hours in the day), you're literally preventing your brain from detoxifying.
